The Kentucky Derby @ CCC

CCC - My Kentucky Derby Hat

I will be hosting a Kentucky Derby Party next weekend and I made this Kentucky Derby hat yesterday to wear. I have never seen anything like it! I'll try it on today and decide if I want to add anything else to it and also figure out my outfit.

I just added this beautiful vintage red silk rose from my collection. The Derby is The Run for the Roses - the winner is draped with a garland of red roses.

Wine Charming

Joanna Buchanan Coral Wine Charms

Between the monthly wine tastings I host at my clubhouse and entertaining at CCC which always includes wine, I have become a big fan of wine charms. They look beautiful on a wine glass and are highly functional so that everyone remembers which wine glass is theirs.

Christmas Wine Charms

I have mentioned that I host monthly wine tasting and food pairing events. A while back I bought darling beach themed wine charms so that everyone can keep track of their wine glass.
