I am guessing that most of us have bamboo flatware - I have sets in natural, black, stainless steel, and gold. Alas, my sterling is not a bamboo pattern, but I can't say I use it very much anymore anyway. All my china patterns are chinoiserie and I love pairing bamboo flatware with my china.
