The Staub cast iron pumpkin cocotte or dutch oven has become a kitchen and especially fall classic. Many people leave theirs on their range as part of fall decor. And it so wonderful for making and serving fall stews and soups.

I have to confess that cooking is not my favorite thing. I much prefer decorating and gardening, but these are too cute. Do you prefer Staub or Le Creuset?
ReplyDeleteBoth are excellent - Staub is slightly heavier and has a dark interior. I love both and it is just a matter of preference. They last a lifetime and are great for serious cooks.
DeleteLove that Wolf range. My kitchen seriously needs a makeover!
