Living in the Washington, DC area for many years, my wardrobe was largely black and I loved it. I still wear black sometimes in South Florida unlike everyone else. But I mix it up with colorful accessories and statement jewelry. I have mostly gotten way from black and have switched it up with lots of blue (mostly navy) and white. Classic, preppy, nautical, and always looks good. Here are some favorites on my summer wishlist.

I (67F) live in St. Petersburg, just up the coast from you. People wear lots of black up there. Especially at night in the edge district. All ages are out having a good time!
ReplyDeleteI love St. Pete and it is definitely more urban and hip.
DeleteBlack always looks so chic and elegant and sexy, but I'm a redhead with fair skin. I rarely wear it next to may face, as I don't think it is a flattering color on me. I love navy.
