Living in the Washington, DC area for many years, my wardrobe was largely black and I loved it. I still wear black sometimes in South Florida unlike everyone else. But I mix it up with colorful accessories and statement jewelry. I have mostly gotten way from black and have switched it up with lots of blue (mostly navy) and white. I (67F) live in St. Petersburg, just up the coast from you. People wear lots of black up there. Especially at night in the edge district. All ages are out having a good time!

DeleteBlack always looks so chic and elegant and sexy, but I'm a redhead with fair skin. I rarely wear it next to may face, as I don't think it is a flattering color on me. I love navy.
