My design aesthetic has definitely changed somewhat since living in Florida. I have really embraced white walls. My house is white stucco outside (Sherwin Williams Alabaster) and white walls inside as well (Benjamin Moore Classic Gray), a warm white.
And then I love using color for all my furnishings. These colors are so pretty - pink and blue, with pops of green with dark wood floors and a black and white rug. Here is how to get this look. Some pieces are the same ones used in this space, others are inspired by it.

Have the perfect spot for those friendly eyes pillow. Have yet to love pink and blue. Maybe I don't think tropical enough, or find pink a rather difficult color.
