Setting the Easter Table with Chinoiserie

Serena Fresson

If you are looking for last minute inspiration for setting the Easter table, here is a wonderful example. At the grocery store, grab cut and potted flowers - tulips, lilies, hydrangeas, muscari, hyacinth, roses, ranunculus - whatever you like. Use all white for a sophisticated and cohesive look. Pastels also work beautifully for the Easter table.

Put them in blue and white Chinese porcelain vases and blue and white Chinese porcelain cachepots. Container plants will look much more finished topped with sheet moss.

For a super easy look, use a collection of blue and white Chinese porcelain as your centerpiece and fill one large blue and white Chinese porcelain vase with white lilies - nothing could be prettier or more classic for Easter.
