Start with a real (Alberta Spruce) or faux small tree. Put it in a blue and white Chinese cachepot. Top the base with sheet moss. Use tiny white lights - battery ones are very convenient - no cord to hide.
Decorate with a collection of miniature blue and white ginger jar ornaments -
Tie bows using turquoise blue velvet ribbon -
