I hope everyone has a wonderful weekend. I have a gourmet wine dinner tomorrow night and the theme is Vietnamese cuisine and Alsatian Rieslings. I have never tried to make Vietnamese dishes so fingers crossed.

Such an interesting question. I love the size. It is over 2,000 square feet and 3 bedrooms with 2 baths. I would say that even more important to me than the square footage is that the ceilings are all 10 feet and 12 feet and and open floor plan that makes it feel very dramatic. In Florida, a 3/2 is definitely the most popular and the best for resale which is great if I decide to move. I would want a bigger home if it was not just me, but this is ideal for one person.
