Dog Halloween Ideas |
Many of us love dressing our dogs up for Halloween, but most pet costumes are made of materials that are scratchy and styles that are uncomfortable. They end up staying on for 5 minutes. These super cozy and soft sweaters and flannel bandanas are both darling and made for comfort.

Speaking of dogs and Halloween, did you know that pumpkin is a superfood for dogs? It is very nutritious, packed with minerals and vitamins. Pumpkin contains vitamins like A, C, and E, as well as minerals like iron and potassium. Feeding plain canned pumpkin gives a great boost to your dog’s nutrition and energy. It is also great for digestion. Pumpkin is a stomach soother, contains beneficial fiber, and prebiotics. Depending on your dog's size, add one to four tablespoons to your dog's meal. Most dogs love pumpkin. A bit of trivia - the pumpkin is a fruit, not a vegetable because it develops from a flower.
I did know that pumpkin was beneficial to a dog's health. However I was not aware that it was a fruit, but now that you mentioned that it develops from a flower, that makes perfect sense.
