A powder room is the perfect place to splurge without breaking the bank. It is my favorite place in the home to use a chinoiserie wallpaper. Usually not many rolls of wallpaper are required, especially where there is tile or wainscoting on the lower half of the walls, and just one or two fabulous monogrammed hand towels will make quite a statement.
The wallpaper is Schumacher Yangtze River wallpaper in Ivory.
The towel is Matouk Linens Cairo Scallop.
The chinoiserie monogram style is #2002. Here is a sample with my monogram.

I like the simple round gold/brass mirror. Here is a similar one.
Such a gorgeous paper. I really, really love the colors.
ReplyDeleteMe too - exactly my palette.
DeleteEvery post so beautiful and inspiring! Love the Schumacher wallpaper!
ReplyDeleteKinda pricy.
Can you please feature some other Chinoiserie wallpapers that aren't quite as expensive? Thanks so much, Dolley
I don't know anything about non-designers brands, sorry.
DeleteDolly, try Spoonflower's website, lots of pretty ones that are more affordable.
DeleteAl Spok, A very important becomes more beautiful !
ReplyDeleteLove the wallpaper!
ReplyDeleteI agree.
DeleteLove that same Schumacher pattern in their fabric - colors Peacock and Jade. I also love the Matouk scalloped towels, and their bed sheets in Charlotte, Nikita and Poppy are just gorgeous!
ReplyDeleteMatouk is wonderful.
DeleteOMG, the wallpaper is pricier than the fabric!
ReplyDeleteOnly the best - LOL.
DeleteBeth, can you make out the name of the sink manufacturer on your end of things? I can't read it on my end. Interested in a sink like that for our powder room. And, of course chinoiserie wallpaper will be part of the scheme. I love that wallpaper!
ReplyDeleteI tried before doing this post, but can't make it out. Several people asked the designer on IG and she did not respond.
