Carolyne Roehm and her Pups |
I adore my dogs and yes, they are allowed on the furniture. They have dog beds they love, but when I am sitting on the sofas, they want to be with me. To each his own, but dogs have such short lives, I want them to enjoy each day to the fullest and I want them to be with me every moment they can be. And I have found a beautiful and functional way to protect my sofas.
These dog blankets are the perfect choice. These are from the Mark and Graham x Sanderson collaboration I posted on yesterday and they are on sale. They are an elegant and stylish way to protect your furniture, and can be popped into the washer and dryer as needed.
In your choice of exclusive Sanderson print, this quilted cotton dog blanket is beautiful and practical. Designed in collaboration with English design brand Sanderson, renowned for their illustrative botanicals and beautifully crafted designs, this dog blanket showcases Sanderson’s signature patterns. With a plush, padded filling, it provides added warmth and comfort, or can be used as a stylish layer over your dog’s bed. Coordinate it with your dog’s bed for extra softness, or drape it over a sofa or chair for a machine-washable accent. Personalize it with your pet’s name for a truly special touch.
• Hollyhocks: Hollyhocks was designed in 1937. This design, featuring an array of tumbling blooms, beautifully captures the colors, overprints, and textures of the original Sanderson block print.
• Rose & Peony: Created in 1914, Rose & Peony still remains one of Sanderson's most loved designs with its resplendent blooms and vivid coloring.
And you can get the matching dog bed for when they aren't chilling with you -
I am getting two of the dog blankets - the blue and green one for my navy blue velvet sofa and the pink and white one for my pink velvet sofa.

What a darling picture of Carolyne Roehm and her pups. The dog blankets are so pretty, and a great idea to protect your furniture. I don't know if the floral pattern would work with my living room, but I will check to see what other patterns they offer. I have two long haired cats, and cats pretty much own the house. I'm just their staff!
