I was thinking yesterday about upcoming posts for Valentine's Day. I came across this chinoiserie dining room in coral pink and red that I posted on several years ago. The room was featured in the December/January 2014 issue of House Beautiful. Such pretty Valentine's Day inspiration.
Lots of chinoiserie too - note the gold pagoda lanterns on the sideboard, gold pagoda salt and pepper shakers, Gracie Studio wallpaper, and gold bamboo flatware. The centerpiece of red roses is beautiful.
I have several gold pagoda lanterns that look like the ones on the sideboard. I got them long ago at Charlotte Moss' wonderful retail store in Manhattan that she unfortunately closed many years back. I also have the pair I have featured below - they are beautiful on a sideboard.
