There is really no room in the house that a blue and white Chinese garden stool does not work. Although in many places a garden stool is used primarily to be decorative, in the bathroom or powder room it can be highly functional.
Use it for toiletries, hand towels, bath towels, or a candle. I have mine in my master bath next to my garden tub with bath towels like here.

I have blue and white Chinese garden stools in every room in my house. Some I use as end tables, some I leave empty, all of them I adore!
