Selecting a Scarf to Frame

I thought today it would be fun to share the scarf I bought to frame and the reasons I chose it.

First, I love that it's blue and white with seashells - a perfect coastal vibe for CCC. It's square of course. I like the wide border. It's 30" square, so it will be large and make a statement framed. Since it's a new piece, it was quite reasonable (I got it on Poshmark for $32), so a good choice for my first first scarf framing DIY. It's silk which I prefer to cotton or polyester.
