This dining room in Aerin Lauder's Hamptons home remains such a favorite of mine. I love a skirted dining table and have one in my breakfast room and another in my lanai - in blue and white of course.

Note the Haint blue ceiling. So pretty.
Bamboo folding chairs are a great look and so affordable. This set of four is $200 with free shipping and they get excellent reviews. These would be perfect for a breakfast room, screened porch, or pool house.
A coral chandelier is such a perfect choice.

I had never heard of Haint blue until relatively recently, but then I am a Californian, not a southerner. The soffits on my house have always been painted a light blue, and aside from being pretty, I thought that was done to keep birds and other creatures from nesting there. Supposedly it fools them into thinking it is the sky. I don't know if they are really that naive, but I can tell you that we have never had any nesters in the soffits!
