These showed up in my Pinterest feed and they are both such lovely examples of the beautiful colors of chinoiserie. The fabric above is a favorite of mine - Brunschwig & Fils Xian. These are the colors I love to live with.
Classy and timeless. Never ever would those fabrics look dated whether one likes it or not. I happen to LOVE it--the colors, the prints, everything.
Now, what's that in the first pic's foreground...coral painted metal bamboo with gold accents and green leaves on top? Lamp, chandelier, whatever it is, love that, too.
Love the pops of raspberry color.
ReplyDeleteI love it, too. It looks like this. MANUEL CANOVAS CHINOISERIE Pagoda.
DeleteDo you know what the fabrics are in the bottom photograph? I just adore them, especially the pillow, which appears to have eyelash fringe. So pretty!
