House Beautiful |
Today I am linking up over at the Pink Pagoda for her Blue and White Bash. I hope you are too.
I fell in love with this amazing foyer in Amanda Lindroth's home in the Bahamas featured in House Beautiful. Here is what she used -
Painted metal palms add whimsy to the foyer.
Chippendale fan chairs, Circa Who. Mirrors, the Raj Company.
Ginger jars, Two's Company. Jute rug, Serena & Lily.
Here are some great ways to recreate the feel of this space with different ideas, options, and pieces I have found. Some are very budget friendly as well.

An Example of Vintage Palm Tree Sconces
|
And if the sky is the limit with your budget, a pair of 18th century gilt carved palm trees measuring 9' 8" for $95,000.
Or perhaps this pair of wall mounted Jansen torchieres measuring 9' 3."
What an amazing room your finds would create! I love the Amanda Lindroth space as well. Thank you for linking up to The Bash!
ReplyDeleteGreat alternatives, Beth, for a tropical feel.

I love that room and I especially love all of your finds! The light fixtures are amazing. I am also thrilled to see a peacock chair--I have been a fan of those since I was a little girl.
