For the lover of Chinoiserie, a beautiful bouquet of orchids or a potted orchid would make a lovely Valentine's Day gift. Orchids are graceful, elegant, sophisticated, and long-lasting. A perfect symbol of your love. Above, a stunning use of orchids by Celerie Kemble and make sure you notice my favorite loop chairs.

Fabulously French-note the wonderful use of a champagne bucket as a cachepot.
Beth, I just want to take a moment to thank you for all the hard work you do to bring these lovely blog posts to us each day. As I have my first cup of coffee in my office and prepare for my day, I am continually delighted and inspired by all that you share with us. I very much appreciate the effort that it takes to bring each one of these to fruition. Again, my heartfelt thanks! God bless!
ReplyDeleteOh I so love orchids as well! I really like the Micheal Smith vignette and both the champagne bucket and red bouquet are so charming, thanks for sharing!

I, too, love orchids but I am terrible at growing them. I've got a pot with one that lost its flower, has tons of stems and never flowers. Sigh.... I think I have a black thumb!
