As I have mentioned in other posts, I host several monthly wine tastings. Some are at my home, some are at friends' homes, and some are held at my clubhouse. So I am always carrying bottles of wine. Here are my favorite ways to tote wine safely and in style. The Hermés one above is quite lovely, but sells for over $9,000.

I am quite often going to someone's home and bringing a bottle of wine to have with the meal. A wine tote is perfect to transport the wine safely and even keep it chilled. And those paper wine gift bags can cost $3 or $4 each and they don't protect the bottle or keep it chilled in transit. This Ralph Lauren wine tote is so elegant and a lovely choice.

One of my favorite finds is this darling insulated wicker and canvas wine tote. I attend lots of wine tastings here. I had one just last night. Someone hosts in their home and everyone brings a selected wine varietal and a dish to share. This tote keeps your wine chilled and safe en route. Great of course for picnics and boating.
