The Rattan Vase

The Rattan Vase with Handles

Rattan vases are very popular and rightly so. They are so versatile - use with faux or real plants, flowers, and more. I have a pair and used them over the holidays with a pair of blue Holiball inflatable ornaments. These are usually quite expensive.

Fall Inspiration

Rattan Urn Vase

Some of you may already own a wicker urn or vase. They are a wonderful way to decorate for fall.

Dried hydrangeas are a gorgeous choice and also look fabulous in blue and white ginger jars. I also love dried baby's breath, amaranthus, herbs, grasses, and branches with colorful fall leaves - all work beautifully. This is a stunning example above.

HomeGoods Score

Scalloped Wicker Urn

I have been admiring wicker urns for a while now. The larger ones I have seen online cost hundreds of dollars. I was in HomeGoods yesterday and spotted this beauty - very sturdy, scalloped and 21" tall. It was even hand woven by artisans in Indonesia.

Fall Floral Arrangements

Wicker Urn with Dried Flowers

Fall is a wonderful time of year to display dried flowers. I especially like dried hydrangeas, but dried baby's breath, amaranthus, herbs, grasses, and branches with colorful leaves all work well. This is a stunning example above.
