Chinoiserie Chic has just turned 5 years old. To celebrate, The Pink Pagoda has created this Chinoiserie Chic Limited Edition Set of four graphic botanical prints in hot pink. This gorgeous set of giclees will be given to one lucky winner. To enter, just leave a comment at the end of this post. The giveaway runs until noon ET Friday, May 9th and the winner will be announced on Saturday, May 10th.
Today I am also linking up for the Blue and White Bash at The Pink Pagoda. Here is a sneak peek of three photos from the reveal of my Chinoiserie Man Cave showing you how I have used blue and white Chinoiserie in the room.
A blue and white ginger jar can work beautifully in a man's space. On the burlap skirted table, I used this large ginger jar with a calligraphy and Greek key design. I think both the scale and the design give it a masculine feel. I have also used a metal tiered pagoda, calligraphy brushes, and a pair of vintage Fitz & Floyd giraffes.
Here is a shot of the bookcase that I have topped with a collection of blue and white Chinese porcelain. The little painting is Russian, given to me by a friend.
A Chinese garden stool is such a classic that works anywhere. Nestled between the distressed leather sofa and the black leather butterfly chair, it is a perfect perch for a drink or book.
I hope you will stop by the Blue and White Bash today and will be here for my One Room Challenge reveal on Wednesday.
