The Seashell Mirror & Chinoiserie

 I love the combination of a beautiful seashell mirror and chinoiserie, whether blue and white Chinese porcelain, celadon, chinoiserie wallpaper, rattan, or faux bamboo. Vintage seashell mirrors are wonderful, but can be very expensive. I previously posted on one at 1stDibs that was over $22,000.

Pink and Green Coastal Chinoiserie

Isn't this a great take on coastal decor? This would be my idea of a beach condo for myself. I love the crisp pink and green and white - so Palm Beach/Preppy. The seashell console and mirror are beachy but sophisticated. Check out the pink chair piped in green and the reverse of the green curtains edged in pink.

Coastal Chinoiserie Entryway and an Inspiration Board

I came across this picture of a little entryway in a Nantucket guest house and thought it was so adorable. Here is how I created this look in my own Coastal Chinoiserie Chic.
