| Legend Accents Dragon Tall Jar with Lid |
I do know my way around blue and white Chinese porcelain and have never seen anything like this. It looks like a ginger jar atop a stand or column to me. It features a dragon motif.
Very unusual. It retails for $500 and is $149.99 here. Shipping is free with code ship89.
This is a unique Chinese garden stool with a dragon scale design -

The dragon in Chinese culture is not the fire breathing creature of Western civilization. It is composed of various parts of nine other animals, including: the head of an ox or donkey, the eyes of a shrimp, the horns of a deer, the feet of a phoenix, and the body of a serpent covered with the scales of a fish.
Assuming the best traits of the tiger, the fish, the serpent and the eagle, it was considered the most superior, powerful, wise and regal of beasts, and eventually it became associated with the emperor and nobility.
