Many years ago I bought this pagoda curio shelf. I used it for petite decorative objets. A few years ago I converted it into a dollhouse garden folly filled with chinoiserie. It has needlepoint rugs, Chinese porcelain, blue and white Chinese garden stools, antique textiles, all kinds of beautiful things.
I just came across this silver faux bamboo pagoda curio shelf.

A collection of prized seashells? I have some some small lettuce ware pieces that would be beautiful displayed on it. Amanda Lindroth used a similar one on a kitchen island with fresh fruit. It has hooks to hang it on the wall if you prefer. Any ideas?

ReplyDeleteZero clue the size of your backyard, nor views from house into your backyard, but your pagoda curio shelf is screaming to me, how the backyard Landscape Design should 'fall out' !
ReplyDeleteLawn, and well chosen evergreen bush, size/ease/hardy, with a trinity of 'pockets' each protect views with well placed bushes, to be enjoyed with a meandering eye from interior or foot outside.
