How have you been spending your long holiday weekend? Christmas decorating, Black Friday sales, eating Thanksgiving leftovers? I am all finished with decorating CCC for the holidays, I finished my Christmas shopping, and I even found myself some things on Black Friday sales.

See my favorite Black Friday sales here. I didn't cook on Thanksgiving, so I have no leftovers to deal with (I am not a fan of leftovers anyway). I am hosting a big Christmas party on Friday, so I am starting today to get organized for it.

Here are some great pictures from a favorite store in Charlottesville, Virginia called And George. They are wonderful inspiration for styling your home for the holidays. I love the use of pears, walnuts, kumquats, oranges, and seashells as well as old fashioned candy canes and peppermint sticks. And I have a gorgeous collection of Christmas stockings large and small made from vintage Fortuny as well as silk chinoiserie and tropical fabrics. I will be sharing pictures of those in coming days.
