This is so pretty and so many favorites here - ikat, gorgeous trim on the sofa, my favorite chinoiserie fabric Xian, a tortoiseshell coffee table, and the beautiful palette of blue and green. I love mixing patterns and ikat and chinoiserie are such a winning combination.

A new arrival at Ballard Designs is this beautiful blue and green ikat lampshade available in several sizes. It would be beautiful on a Chinese gourd lamp. I have a navy blue Ralph Lauren Chinese gourd lamp it would be perfect on. It would also be great on a blue and white Chinese lamp.

And hopefully you have a pretty pink incandescent light bulb to use with it. No update yet on bringing back incandescent bulbs. BTW, I have been reading more and more articles by physicians on health concerns with LEDs. I do think it is just a matter of when and not if.
