| Sarasota's Annual Pineapple Drop |
Today is gorgeous here in sunny Florida. But the snowbirds are all back and it is quite busy. I was surprised to see that most stores here are open today. That was not the case when I moved here. Things are changing. I am going to just relax today. I don't take my Christmas decorations down until the Epiphany on January 6th.

ReplyDeleteHappy New Year, Beth. I love the idea of the New Year's pineapple drop. With all the online shopping available now, I'm surprised to hear that stores are open today too. It seems like people and store employees would want a break. I've not ventured into one store this Christmas season. For some reason, shopping is not quite the enjoyable experience it once was to me. Any shopping I have done has been online.
