I was in Publix yesterday and had to get this pumpkin. I have never seen anything like it. I wasn't sure it was real at first. It looks like it has been painted.

The splotchy pattern looks like camouflage with a palette of salmon, orange, celadon, and green. I love it. I had intended to wait on getting my pumpkins until we see what happens with the weather this week. A hurricane is likely later in the week. Oh well. South Florida is paradise 360 days a year. But there are a few days that are nail biters.

They are beautiful pumpkins and squashes. So many ways to make amazing and creative arrangements without restricting oneself to flowers. Off topic a bit, but I am wild about your orange tree, Beth, however, I am not much of a faux plant or faux flower person. I've contemplated a small orange tree in my house, but I'm sure it would have difficulty blooming and producing fruit.
