Cinched Shirtdress in Limoncello |
I love lemon everything - lemonade, lemon meringue pie, lemon sorbet, and of course, Limoncello liquer. I always keep a bottle in my freezer.
The house cocktail of a restaurant I loved in Georgetown in DC was a Limoncello and Champagne Cocktail. So easy - put an ounce of Limoncello in a Champagne flute and fill with Champagne, Prosecco, or sparkling wine. Garnish with a fresh raspberry or lemon twist if you like. I prefer Luxardo Limoncello or Pallini Limoncello. A wonderful summer drink.

More lemon fun -
J.Crew has the prettiest Limoncello collection - see it all here.
Limoncello tastes wonderful, and makes a perfect summery drink. I'm searching for a wonderful recipe for a Lemon Drop, so if you have one, I would love it if you shared it with your readers.
ReplyDeleteAt first I thought the lemon wicker bag was a Kate Spade...and speaking of Kate Spade, I think their recent wicker alligator bag is just terrific, and perfect for anyone who lives in gator country!
I will definitely give the Limoncello and Champagne cocktail a try. Cheers, Beth!
ReplyDeleteWas the restaurant cafe Milano?
ReplyDeleteNo, was not a fan of it.
