Happy New Year

Sarasota's Pineapple Drop

 
Here in Sarasota, a giant pineapple is dropped at midnight New Year's Eve followed by fireworks over Sarasota Bay. And the weather has been picture perfect. 

What a great way to ring in the New Year in this little piece of paradise. I hope everyone's holidays were magical. I have absolutely no new year's resolutions this year because I don't want to change a thing. I am putting less pressure on myself to improve and concentrating more on appreciating all the wonderful things in my life and being grateful for my life just the way it is.

Thank you all so much for following Chinoiserie Chic. My blog will be turning 15 years old in a few months.
