It reminds me of a favorite color of mine, Benjamin Moore Palladian Blue, perhaps used at half strength.

If a fireplace like this is not in the cards, use blue and white Chinese porcelain like ginger jars or vases on the mantel or in the firebox. For a beach vibe, I love wicker and seashells for the fireplace.
