I am headed later this morning to an olive oil class by a certified olive oil sommelier where we will learn about the olive oils of Greece, Italy, Spain, and Portugal, followed by lunch in the garden room of one of my favorite restaurants in Venice.
I use lots of olive oil at CCC and will enjoy gaining more knowledge. I am a big fan of Muraglia olive oil - the olive oil is wonderful and the containers are stunning - I leave mine out on the counter. One of these would make a marvelous Mother's Day gift.
