Rest In Peace

Margot

My poor sweet angel walked into the kitchen yesterday morning and keeled over dead from a massive heart attack. She was gone in seconds. She was only 8. No chance to say goodbye or to do anything to help. Exactly like my husband's death five years ago.

The two pups have been my constant companions through the death of my husband, two moves, a terrible abusive relationship, and Hurricane Ian. Her sister Harper has never been without her for one minute of her life. She keeps looking for her everywhere.

She was the best dog, so happy and chill. Harper and I are very sad here at CCC. She was cremated yesterday with her favorite blanket and her favorite treats and her ashes are in a beautiful antique English blue and white chinoiserie tin. Rest in piece my sweet baby. May flights of Angels sing thee to thy rest.
