My Kitchen Island

CCC

Here is a peek at my kitchen island. I was waiting to post until all the new appliances were installed, but alas, the Bosch dishwasher is still on order. So here is a rundown on my island styling.

I love my new island. It's beautiful and functional - I love that the bottom shelf houses Le Creuset and Staub cookware that is too pretty to hide away. And with the peninsula and breakfast table, I can now seat 10 in my kitchen. It's a perfect spot for a cup of coffee, meal prep, a quick bite, or whatever.

Click on the links for the items I used to style the island.

The island is the Crate and Barrel French Kitchen Island.

The cookware is Le Creuset and Staub.

The monkey was a lucky find at HomeGoods.

The navy and white rattan stools are from Target, but sell out all the time in that color - available in other colors and they are all great.

The striped seagrass beach bag is Mark and Graham.

The book is Soiree by Danielle Rollins.

The large scalloped basket is Target but currently out of stock.

The glasses are Estelle's stemless wineglasses in blue.

The navy and white striped runner is Dash & Albert's Indoor/Outdoor Catamaran.

The other runner is from HomeGoods.

The wicker basket is from HomeGoods and houses a collection of dinner napkins.

BTW, the tropical storm completely missed Venice and yesterday was beautiful here ending in a wonderful dinner at Roessler's for you locals.

  7. It looks so good in your kitchen!!! Glad the guys who were to put it together finally got to it!! Hope when you finally get your Bosch DW that you feel as we do: worth the wait….we waited 3 months back in the summer of 2019. It’s a great appliance! I know you enjoy every second in that newly refreshed space!

    1. Thank you so much. The existing Whirlpool dishwasher is operating perfectly so I would rather wait for the Bosch. I agree it is with the wait.
