These are such cute kids' bedrooms for a beach or vacation house. I love both the pink and white and blue and white versions. Check out all the built-in storage.

Speaking of beach houses, I wanted to share some tips on buying ceiling fans for lanais for beach/vacation houses and a ceiling fan I highly recommend.

If you have a lanai, which is of course under roof, fan manufacturers will tell you you should not use indoor fans, but can use fans rated for either damp or wet use. I really believe that if you are near the ocean with salt air, have high temperatures and humidity, are prone to tropical storms or hurricanes, or even lakeside thunderstorms, you should only get one that is WET rated as opposed to damp. It will stand up to many more years of use.

I just had one installed in my lanai that I really like. It is modern, yet traditional, and will work in a multitude of spaces. This one can be used indoors or outdoors, and is Hunter's WeatherMax technology.

Hunter WeatherMax ceiling fans  are built for the outdoors with features and technologies that go beyond the average wet-rated fans. WeatherMax designs are wet-rated as well as corrosion and salt air-resistant, perfect for beach properties or lakeside homes. They feature premium materials to keep their style and performance as well as durable materials to maintain proper blade shape and pitch.

I have always like Hunter fans for their whisper quiet motor and longevity. And the price on this is fabulous - $180.00. This is exclusive to Lowe's. So order online clicking on the link and have it shipped free to your home.
