Stunning Staub

Staub Cocottes

 
I was aware of the gorgeous Staub pumpkin cocottes, but you may not know about all the rest of these beauties. These cast iron dutch ovens are perfect as the weather cools and our thoughts turn to cooking heartier dishes. Wonderful for slow cooking soups, chili, stews, pot roast, and for braising. 

One would be stunning to leave out on your range or as a centerpiece on the dining table. Lovely for the Thanksgiving table.

I think a collection of these on display in the kitchen would be amazing. Do you have a favorite?

  3. I have a couple of the plain pieces, initially purchased for baking bread....they are amazing quality....now that I see the Artichoke, I think I need that! Lovely pieces all!
