News

I had a very stressful but great day yesterday. My realtor just moved into her new home she is renovating and has been overwhelmed, so I have been doing all my house hunting online. Yesterday morning at 7 AM, I texted her and told her I had found a great house in Venice and needed to see it. Pronto. We went over and it was love at first sight and we came back and she wrote an offer.

On top of that, I am closing on my Virginia house next week. My brain is too fried to do a regular post today, so I am taking a day off. Keep your fingers crossed. Wish me luck. This house is so me. Preserves with ancient live oaks and palms, 12 foot ceilings, and a very Palm Beach vibe. And a great location close to the beach and downtown Venice. I will keep you posted.

  7. Best of luck as you proceed! Yes...looking forward to before and after pictures. The Spanish moss on the live oaks is so very old Florida, natural and gorgeous.
