Kate on Chinoiserie Chic - Blair Edie Fashion to Interiors Inspiration Board

As you may recall, my mother has invited me to start posting on Chinoiserie Chic. As a fashion stylist, I follow many fashion blogs for inspiration. I love Blair Edie's style (of the wildly popular blog Atlantic-Pacific). I took one of her outfits with chevron and lots of color and interpreted it in a living room (with some Chinoiserie touches of course). I am now on Pinterest too if you'd like to follow me.

    Love this, and would love it if you could give me some further insight. I have a similar sofa, but we've moved and I need to use it in a room with two oriental rugs. Red/Turquoise and Gold/Beige. Is there a perfect neutral that goes with the gold that would also go with the red/blue/turquoise?
