I am "redecorating" my outdoor living area with lots of blue including blue and white Chinese porcelain. Miles Redd's fabulous outdoor patio in NYC has wonderful blue inspiration. The paint color is Calypso Blue by Benjamin Moore, very similar to the Farrow and Ball Chinese Blue I have used in my space. I really like the white Chinese garden stool, the mirrored coffee table, the garden urn as Champagne bucket, and the black and white floor.
As a paint color specialist, I have used my fair share, but not all 3200, Benjamin Moore colors. I believe Calypso Blue is about to become my new outdoor favorite!

NOTE the trellis is mirrored as well.
ReplyDeleteDoes the mirrored table go in and out? Otherwise the silvering would ruin.
it is frustrating when designers present work for a pretty picture with no consideration for practicality.
Nonetheless, the space is lovely and inspiring.
