I always enjoy finding the before and after of rooms that have been staged for magazine shoots. This green Chinoiserie foyer is another great example. Above is how it appeared in Connecticut Cottages and Gardens. Doesn't look much like a cottage to me! Below is the unstaged version by interior designer Cindy Rinfret.

ReplyDeleteThe staged shot is to die for. The beautiful green of that Gracie wallpaper just thrills me. And those benches are wonderful! In the bottom picture the wallpaper looks silver on my monitor...not nearly as appealing. Thank you, Beth.
