At the request of a follower, I will be featuring some budget friendly Chinoiserie fabrics with high end looks. Have any you'd like included? Let me know. Above is an iconic bedroom from Domino Magazine featuring the gorgeous but pricey Clarence House Flowering Quince. This look alike below is Braemore Flowering Branch that you can find online for about $16.00 a yard.
I love this Braemore fabric. I've got someone looking for an affordable version of the Lee Jofa/Suzanne R. Folie Chinoise, in the Rose colorway. I have been searching but haven't found a good alternative. Would love to hear if you have seen something.
ReplyDeleteThat is a bargain, 16.00 a yard..thats a lot of look for the money. Nice post, good to know you don't have to pay top dollar to achieve a sophisticated look.
ReplyDeleteThat is a REALLY fresh and pretty look on that chair for the money....especially if you have small children &/or pets & want a high-end look without risking the expense of the designer name. A wonderful post, Beth, with info that will no doubt benefit many of us. Thank you & we look forward to more in the days ahead.
ReplyDeleteSuch a pretty fabric. Thanks for sharing a budget alternative.
