In Barclay Butera's Newport Beach, California home, a traditional blue and white color scheme, but with an unexpected twist of British Colonial syle and lots of Chinoiserie.
Beth, I have been in love with the second vignette since you posted it on my designer challenge. I keep rearranging my furniture in my mind to see if I can mimic it... I can, but not without spending a king's ramson. :(
I love Barclay's style, classic but with a modern twist. His shop in Newport has the same fresh take on design, fun, comfortable, but with a twist for the wow factor. Just going there is a design inspiration! Lidy

Adore Barclay's design work. Love the first and last images especially. The huge ginger jars, the cobalt hurricanes, heavenly!
