The Chinoiserie Christmas Wreath

I know you didn't think my doors had green wreaths with red bows did you? These Chinese red feather wreaths are perfect for my whimsical but sophisticated Chinoiserie home. I use them on all my exterior doors. This is my front door. They are wonderful indoors and perfect for the door of an apartment where fresh wreaths dry out terribly. Don't be afraid to use them outdoors-these are 4 years old and I leave them out for a month for the holidays and they are not protected. I get so many compliments-people knock on my door to find out where I got them. (Angel Feather Wreaths-they come in lots of colors-also great in pink or blue to announce a new baby, orange for Halloween, you get the idea!)

  4. Marvelous! I used to have a black hat with feathers like this on the edge. People who loved hats loved it. Others thought I was some strange bird. Which, of course, I am. I applaud your nerve and verve to flaunt your personal style in an area known to be rather conservative. I'll fly with you anytime!

  6. Fun, fun, fun! Love when holiday decor doesn't scream Christmas & is a little non-traditional.

You will have to drop by and see my holiday fireplace mantel...

  16. Looks great- the Angel feather wreaths are really the best. gorgeous on the front door and brave too-however feathers do dry, but then they must fly to do so. pretty. I can not think it-but I may have to get one-had a green and red one and took them off the wall for 2 friends 2 seasons ago! Wreaths make a room glow- instant Christmas. GT
