Velvet and Chinoiserie

I can't imagine a more delicious combination than velvet and Chinoiserie. Here's a great tip from House Beautiful on upholstering with velvet.

  2. Velvet is so luxurious! I really love that there are so many new colors available now! That deep teal is scrumptious!

  3. Pretty post! I see Tory Burch's house there, and for one insane molment- thought I saw my own! But, no, just my De Gournay pattern and background color. It's nice to see how others decorate around it.

  5. I love velvet, chocolate & china in that order. Agree on the low pile thing & also a good new antiqued/distressed velvet will not show the stress. Not to mistaken for a "parish the thought" crushed velver....

  6. Love everything! It's too hard to choose just one but ginger jars are always a favorite! Great post, great images. Would love to win this giveaway, just bought my first home and the pillow would be a fab fit for my living room!
