Pink, Blue, and Gold Chinoiserie

This room by Mary McDonald does it all for me-my favorite color pink, the gold pagoda mirror, blue and white Chinese porcelain, faux bamboo, button tufting, symmetry, and touches of blue. Perfection.

  1. I loved this when I saw it in the magazine and I called and the mirror was a "find" they had already sold it! So pretty. Of course, I love the pink aspect to it also.

  2. I love this room and am in the middle of redecorating our new house (on the main floor) I can only dream of these colors because my husband would never agree to so much pink! Also, I am a big fan of your blog and also live in the DC area. LOVE your blog!

  3. I am right there with you. The blue accents on that pink are gorgeous. I'd love to know what paint that is!

  6. Yesterday, just yesterday, I was telling a client, "Yesss do the pink ottoman. Pink and navy blue are my favorite." When I hung up I thought, I am going to paint my own bedroom already and do it all in pink and blue! I have so much of each. And I love it. I'm starting it today. No more thinking. Your blog is still my fave!
