I love football and the NFL season kicks off this week. My Tampa Bay Buccaneers kick off their season this Sunday against my previous hometown team the Washington Commanders. I am going to a party to watch the game and I would personally not be caught dead wearing a team jersey. But there are actually chic choices out there.

I played tennis yesterday in picture perfect weather here. On my To Do List is learning to play paddle ball.

Below are a couple more shots of the foyer - I always keep a couple of chinoiserie masks from my collection on the Chinese chest which is just inside the front door. Speaking of masks, my second Moderna shot is next week!

Did everyone watch football yesterday? Go Bucs!!! My late husband was from Boston and a life long Patriots fan. I doubt he would be too pleased with all this.

I have decided to make my selection of tonight's Super Bowl winner based on which team's city is the most Chinoiserie Chic. In the case of Baltimore versus San Francisco, the choice is clear. The official Chinoiserie Chic pick for Super Bowl XLVII is the San Francisco 49ers. San Francisco is a superb city for the lover of Chinoiserie with its world famous Chinatown, Chinoiserie loving interior designers like Palmer Weiss, Grant K.
