This is a fun take on setting a red, white, and blue table that is beachy and summery. Blue and white stripes are used in the placemats and napkins.
I love the collection of seashells and sea fans in white and coral red. Red tulips seem a bit more spring than summer to me. I would use red poppies, roses, dahlias, or gerber daisies. Or use blue and white hydrangeas.
