I must admit that I cannot get enough of seashells. I love decorating with them and this summer I have added some wonderful seashell jewelry to my wardrobe. I think my favorite of all are conch shells with their beautiful pink interiors.

It’s a very pretty bag! I’ve become addicted to sea shell art and I’m making my own for my beach condo. I love Lulu DK’s work where she makes panels with intricate floral designs with shells. And the shell covered chandeliers so prominent in Palm Beach are divine. I have a shell bust started and that will be fun to display. Eventually I’ll make some shell covered sconces. And I’d love to do walls and ceilings som day. I just wish my California beach had as many shells as all the Florida ones do.
ReplyDeleteI love Lulu DK's work too, If you love her art, you should definitely take a look at her gorgeous linens for Matouk. Florida absolutely has the most beautiful seashells, and the most beautiful beaches. Much more beautiful than CA's.
