Serena & Lily Palm Tree Napkin Rings |
The thing I fell in love with first about Florida was its palm trees. I love them and am fortunate to have many in my garden. I also really enjoy decorating with palm trees indoors - I have a 10 foot palm tree inside as well as other palm tree decor.
These hand woven napkin rings above from Serena & Lily are so fun. Find them here. They are on sale at 2 for $51. Here are other great options.
These look the same to me and they are $20 each -

Wicker Palm Tree Napkin Rings |
Any of these would be so great for setting the summer table as well as for beach houses and for Florida homes.
Oh, I love these palm tree napkin rings, Beth. I'm a fan of palm trees too, and you do see a few around here in northern CA. Mostly you see them in southern CA, although they are not native to California. They were transplanted to southern CA one hundred years or so ago when they were trying to draw people to the area and give southern CA a bit of a resort vibe. I guess it worked!
ReplyDeleteSpanish missionaries in the 1700s brought them to California for religious reasons because the palm is a symbol of Christianity.
DeleteAnd hard to have Palm Sunday without palm fronds.
DeleteThere is a native California palm tree that looks very similar to the Mexican Fan palm, but it's pretty rare.
DeleteHow is it that you are able to find these wonderful things?
