Mini Charcuterie

Caspari

I love a great charcuterie board and this is a great example of how to put a mini one together for yourself or for entertaining. Fresh figs are my favorite fruit and Black Mission figs will be in season soon in May.

In the meantime use fig preserves or fig jam. Select goat cheese and a hard cheese like Manchego or Parmigiana Reggiano or a soft cheese like Brie or Camembert, salami and prosciutto and some crackers and you are good to go.

Aldi's Goat Cheese with Garlic & Herb is delicious and very well priced and I always keep this on hand.

The salami rose is a great touch. You can finds lots of tutorials online.

There are several good fig preserves choices. I love this one and the jar is so chic -

A beautiful dinner plate is the perfect size for this smaller charcuterie board. This looks to be the stunning Ginori 1735's Oriente Italiano.
